We believe it's important that our products meet expectations. That's why we have a strict warranty and repair policy.

Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty . This means that a product must meet your reasonable expectations as a consumer. The warranty period varies by product and type of use.

The warranty applies only to manufacturing and material defects and not to:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage due to incorrect or improper use

  • Damage caused by falls, impacts, water or external influences

  • Repairs or adjustments carried out by third parties

  • Consumables unless otherwise stated

Repair

If a product becomes defective within the warranty period, please contact us. Please include:

  • Your email address

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the problem

  • If possible, photos or videos of the defect

After reviewing your request, we'll inform you about the next steps. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge . If repair isn't possible, we'll offer a suitable alternative, such as a replacement or refund.

Out of warranty

If the defect is not covered by the warranty, we may be able to offer a paid repair in some cases. The costs and options will always be discussed with you in advance.

Return for repair

If you need to return the product to us, we'll provide you with return instructions. Unfortunately, unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
