Returns Policy (14 days)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must:

• To be in original condition and packaging

• To be unused and undamaged

• To be returned complete

Once we receive your return in good order, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days via your original payment method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Some products cannot be returned, such as:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Hygienic products with a broken seal
  

If the product is damaged or shows signs of use that go beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we reserve the right to charge a reduction in value.
